MEMBERSPOTLIGHT
Leah is a Certified Authentic Development Coach for Authentically Connected, studio co-owner of Barre-Up Raleigh & the creator of LivingWild™️ Yoga! Leah has taken her passion for helping individuals and turned it into a brand, career, and life purpose. Whether it’s in a corporate office, home, or a studio, she believes in helping to bring mind + body connections through wellness, self-awareness, and mindfulness to create your own path to LivingWild™️ & being your true authentic self.
From her early corporate career, Leah helped financially manage, consult and build successful financial futures for teams and organizations. Her passion was rooted in helping teams and companies be as successful individually and financially as possible. Leah spent her corporate years diplomatically and independently working with and managing teams, operations, revenue, and costs across multiple business structures to help promote organizational success and to facilitate company and interdepartmental proficiencies.
With over 15 years in the corporate and financial industry to now professional coaching, 8+ years of personal development and self-awareness work, and over 5 years being an entrepreneur and business owner, Leah has transitioned her career through a passion for coaching and helping clients professionally and personally!
While she was still working full-time in the corporate world, Leah became the co-owner of the local Raleigh fitness studio, Barre-Up Raleigh, and created her own yoga company, LivingWild™ Yoga. LivingWild™ means finding your own journey to being your authentic self. As a studio owner, business owner, Yoga instructor, reiki healer, international brand ambassador, and published writer, Leah’s passion for helping others keeps growing. She currently is co-leading her first 200hr Yoga Teacher Training!
Leah created her company Authentically Connected Coaching in 2020 to work with clients to help create a space for deep connected questions to open our minds to all of our capabilities. As she partners and looks at future-focused conversations, she helps to deliver accountable actions and change for those who are looking for professional and personal confidence about their goals and see value in building self-awareness and authentic growth.
Leah is Certified in DISC+Value Communication and Behavior Assessments and Positive Intelligence Inner Connection Training Programs. Her specialty is with clients in self-awareness, professional empowerment, financial mindfulness coaching plans, communication diversity, and team workshops. These workshops help build significant self-awareness and understanding to set the stage for ultimate growth, success, and happiness. As coaching focuses on the future and fosters individual performance we're able to build sustainable levels of happiness through a business and thought-provoking context of learning.
When Leah took the leap to become a full-time coach, her biggest challenge was finding the same level of stability that the corporate world offered, but now with her own terms and choices. Leah had always been in love with the Dock 1053 area and found it to be a perfect fit. She was able to see familiar faces while having a safe, fun, and productive environment to work in and a space to bring clients that fit all her needs. As Leah continues to grow her multiple businesses, passions, and massive appreciation for Raleigh’s local business support, you might see her live at local speaking events, upside down doing yoga, or at The Loading Dock's, Dock 1053 location, with her corgis.
Leah’s clients include Small Business owners, mid-level managers, entrepreneurs, creative directors, and founders. If you are interested in any of Leah’s coaching, yoga, or holistic healing services, please reach out! She loves making new connections and finding new, inventive ways to help individuals, teams, and small businesses!
