Our community team is on-site Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, keeping the space clean, bathrooms stocked, the coffee flowing, the printer working, and your questions answered.

We have three Triangle locations:
Dock 1053 is in Five Points near Ironworks in Raleigh
Beryl is in West Raleigh near NC State
Wake Forest is in the charming Downtown area of Wake Forest.
Each location is staffed full-time, 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday and ready to welcome you.

Walk-ins are always welcome. However, we recommend scheduling a tour so we can give you our full attention. Our staff are on site from 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday, but may occasionally step away from the front desk to manage facilities or assist members.

Simply book a tour and feel free to stay for the day, on us! It's the perfect way to experience The Loading Dock before committing to a membership.

Every membership, from coworking to cowarehousing, is one predictable monthly cost that covers high-speed internet, utilities, a business mailbox, meeting room hours, a fully equipped kitchen, professional cleaning, fun member events, access to our community networking app, unlimited locally supplied coffee, access to all 3 locations, access to global LExC network of coworking spaces and more.

Terms vary by space, but we are known for our short-term memberships and agreements to give businesses the most flexibility.
Coworking and dedicated desk memberships start at month-to-month.
Private offices and cowarehouse space start at 6 months.
Longer terms typically come with discounts.

Free parking is available at all three locations.
At our 1053 location, you'll need your license plate number to validate parking at the front desk when you arrive.
There is additional free street parking at our Beryl and Wake Forest Locations.

We are a veteran, locally owned B Corp founded by an entrepreneur who built a thriving product-based company starting right in his garage.

As a B Corp, sustainability is core to who we are. We recycle, compost, source supplies thoughtfully, and stock our locations with products from the community like locally brewed coffee, beer, and cider and that's just the start.
