The Loading Dock has office suites for 2-10 person teams with each location offering different layouts, design aesthetics and furnishings. Every office comes standard with desks and chairs for each person and office suite members receive 10+ hours of conference room bookings per person, per month. As office suite members, each team member has 24/7 access to your building, enterprise level WiFi, unlimited black and white printing, craft roasted coffee, networking opportunities and the ability to cowork out of any Loading Dock campus. Not to mention, FREE parking at Dock 1053 and Boylan (savings up to $100/pp each month!)

Yes, you can finally leave the dining room table, basement or storage unit behind. We believe shared workspace isn’t just for tech companies. So, we created the cowarehouse right next to the coworking space for scaling e-commerce, logistics and CPG companies.
The cowarehouse offers month-to-month flexibility, different sized inventory suites and shared resources that allow your company to kit, fulfill, ship and receive orders and manage your inventory on campus. Just starting up? No problem. There is also a plethora of e-commerce experience and help available in the cowarehousing community. All you have to do is ask. The Loading Dock’s cowarehouse is available at Dock 1053 and Beryl Road.
