Hi, I'm Sandi Rogers! I am the owner of Craft Ave NC. My overall mission is to provide a genuine and comprehensive support system to small and micro businesses to achieve scalable and organic growth by way of enhancing their brands and resources for strategic brand exposure. My services include creative consultation, custom branded apparel, promotional merchandise, embroidery, laser engraving, signage, decals and more to expand creative accessibility to strategically appeal to my customers target market as well as match their preferred aesthetic. I also facilitate courses in Canva, Adobe, Cricut, Sewing, adult and kids craft parties, and other hands-on workshops. Additionally, I partner with other small businesses to collaboratively host and promote themed events based on their industry. I have been full-time in my business for two years due to the desire to adjust my time as necessary to the needs of my amazing 6 year old autistic son (who I am convinced is a genius lol) and live an intentional and impactful life. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, I served 13 years as a sworn law enforcement officer. I have worked as a Patrol officer, a State Investigator, a Fraud Lab Lieutenant, and a Digital Forensic Investigator......and ironically, I am now just your local friendly craft store owner. Lol.

Hi I'm Katie Rother. I was a special education teacher for 12 years and during those 12 years, I started renovating homes and investing in real estate, I bought my first home in 2009, and have renovated 7 homes since that time, as a teacher, this was the only way to build wealth.

I obtained my real estate license in December 2017 and in December 2020 started my own firm, Live Love The Triangle. Our growing boutique firm helps 40+ families a year buy, sell, invest and renovate homes in and around the Triangle. In the last 6 years, I’ve sold over 100 homes with a total of 30+ million in volume. I believe the reason for my success is that my team focuses on clients and their needs, finding the perfect home, not just any home, and turning clients into long term friends. Almost 90% of my business year over year has been referral based, mostly referrals from past clients, current clients, or other realtors in different areas.
