1. Who are you and what do you do?

I'm Minni Marwaha, founder of DeeboCare. We're innovating the home medicine cabinet for parents with young children by providing otoscopes that let parents check their kids' ears, nose, and throat at home before calling the doctor. As a healthcare professional, I've seen firsthand how parents are often their children's first and last healthcare providers - but they're typically equipped with nothing more than a thermometer. When my own daughter struggled with chronic ear infections, I realized how valuable having an otoscope at home could be, giving parents a way to support their intuition with visual evidence.

2. What brought you to The Loading Dock?

I was drawn to The Loading Dock for several reasons. It felt homey with a genuine sense of community. I appreciated the flexibility in terms of space sizes and rental agreements, which is perfect for a growing business like mine. And I can't deny that the temperature control was a big plus! When you're running a business, the last thing you need is to be uncomfortable in your workspace.

3. What's your favorite part about working at The Loading Dock?

Watching other product-based businesses grow has been incredibly inspirational. I see their journey and think, "One day, that'll be DeeboCare too!" The community here has made a real difference - I've connected with fellow founders who generously share ideas and advice. I've even collaborated with another Loading Dock member on social media, which has been great for both our businesses.

4. How has The Loading Dock helped your business grow?

Being part of this community has given me access to a network of entrepreneurs who understand the challenges of scaling a product-based business. The flexible space allows me to focus on what matters most right now: getting my supply chain in order so we don't run out of products as demand grows. Plus, the professional environment has been perfect for meeting with potential partners and suppliers.

5. What are you working on this year?

This year is all about optimizing our supply chain. As more parents discover DeeboCare, keeping up with demand has become our top priority. We're streamlining our processes and building relationships with reliable suppliers to ensure we can get our otoscopes into as many family medicine cabinets as possible.

6. Any productivity hacks you can share?

I've been using dictation to speed up responses to texts and emails - nothing fancy, but it saves me precious minutes throughout the day! When you're juggling product development, customer service, and being a mom, every minute counts.
