Frequently Asked Tour Questions
-
Most tours are quick and depend on what you’d like to see:
Coworking: 5 to 10 minutes
Private offices: 5 to 10 minutes
Warehouse space: 10 to 15 minutes
-
We’ll tailor your tour to what you’re looking for:
Coworking: Our shared workspace, phone booths, community areas, and amenities.
Private offices: Available offices, meeting rooms, plus the shared amenities you’d have access to as a member.
Meeting rooms: Rooms that fit your group size, along with the tech and setup options available.
Warehouse space (Raleigh only): Available units, loading dock access, common workspaces and the shipping and receiving areas.
When you book, you’ll share your interest and that lets us prepare for your visit!
-
Absolutely! When you book your tour online, you’ll have the option to invite them, so everyone gets the details and a calendar invite.
-
Photos only tell part of the story. A quick tour lets you see the space in person, meet our team, and get a feel for the space and our community.
-
Nope. Our tours are relaxed and conversational. We’ll show you around, answer your questions, and share pricing if you’d like it. There’s never any pressure to sign up. We want you to find the space that’s right for you.
-
You’re always welcome to stop by, but we recommend booking a tour ahead of time. Our team may be hosting events, other tours, or managing the space away from the front desk. Booking ensures we can give you our full attention.
-
Some people prefer to come right in instead of scheduling a time, and that’s what a Day Pass is for. For $35, you can work with us for one weekday, from 9am to 5pm.
Come in anytime after 9am, and check in at the front desk.
On your first visit, a team member will give you our Day Pass info sheet and help you get the lay of the land, so you’re all set for the day.
-
Free parking is available at all three campuses.
Here are quick links to our location parking guides:
-
Just bring what you’d need for a normal workday, like your laptop, charger, and headphones.
Feel free to bring lunch or snacks too, since there’s a fully equipped kitchen. We’ll have WiFi, coffee, and a clean space ready for you!
-
You should receive an option to cancel or reschedule in your tour reminder email.
What Our Members Are Saying
Skybird Roofing
“We outgrew our home office, and as we're still a small business, The Loading Dock has been the perfect location for us to continue our company's growth. Having a dedicated office space is huge for our large team. We do two to three trainings a week, so being able to reserve meeting rooms is a game-changer.” - Jacob Vollmer

“Working at the Loading Dock has allowed me and the team to meet a lot of other creative people and share ideas, resources, and even tools we've needed at various times. Having a dedicated office space studio to record our videos (outside of our homes) has been vital, since there is no set up and tear down needed (everything stays ready to go, ready to turn on and start recording in seconds). Our team also loves the space, the perks, the Waffle Wednesdays, and many other aspects of Loading Dock amenities like meeting rooms and phone booths.” - Drew Wilson
